newbb电子 (MSM) seeks a dynamic admission professional who will communicate the value of an MSM education to prospective students, 家庭, 和 influencers 和 guide 申请人 from the point of contact to enrollment. This position is involved in all phases of the admission process, including representing MSM at in-person & 虚拟展会, managing the completion 和 review of applicant files, 促进试镜, 和 working with faculty to identify 和 yield students. - Work collaboratively with other members of the 入学 team 和 partner offices to meet enrolment goals.

- Represent the institution at in-person 和 virtual college fairs 和 other related music events.
- Travel to recruit for MSM; meet lead generation targets in assigned regions, primarily during September 和 October, based on thorough research 和 scheduled visits made prior to travel season.
- Present engaging information sessions for daily tour groups 和 virtual visits.
- Coordinate with faculty 和 部门 Chairs in recruiting initiatives.
- Contribute to digital recruitment 和 social media campaigns.

- Develop underst和ing of nuanced departmental goals within the context of the institution as well as the United States 和 global classical music, 爵士乐, 还有音乐剧社区.

- Review applicant files per assigned targets 和 deadlines.

- Coordinate the release of prescreening 和 admission decisions for caseload.

- May be required to work on weekends or after 5pm on weekdays during peak admission seasons.

- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Background in college admission (music admission experience preferred) 和/or arts or education administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, required. Previous experience with Slate by Technolutions or databases 和 CRMs preferred
- Knowledge of 和 passion for classical music, 爵士乐, 和/or musical theatre
